However, the consultation and coordination fee is non-refundable once paid, as it covers the time and expertise invested in designing and managing your personalised plan.

As part of our consultancy services, you will make reservations directly with third-party providers such as accommodation, transport, and activity operators. Each provider has its own cancellation and modification policies, which will apply to your reservations. We strongly recommend reviewing these terms carefully when confirming arrangements. Any changes or cancellations must be made directly with the relevant provider, in accordance with their specific policies.

If you wish to cancel our consultancy services after confirming your personalised plan, please notify us as soon as possible. While the consultation fee remains non-refundable, we will assist you with any ongoing arrangements already coordinated to ensure a smooth process.
