As part of our consultancy services, you will book directly with providers such as accommodations, transport, and activities. Each provider has its own cancellation policies, which will apply to your bookings. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing these terms when confirming arrangements. Any changes or cancellations to these bookings must be made directly with the provider, following their specific policies.

If you need to cancel our consultancy services after confirming your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. While the consultancy fee remains non-refundable, we are happy to assist with any ongoing arrangements already planned to ensure a smooth process.
