Over 2.5 hours, four beach challenges push your group to work together, think fast, and most importantly — have an absolute blast. And the bride-to-be? She’s at the centre of everything.
The challenges:
- Aquatic Tug of War — Classic tug of war, but the losers end up soaked. Chaos guaranteed.
- Blind Relay – Survivor Crossing — Guided only by their tribe, each player must navigate the obstacle course to the finish line.
- Sand Sculpting — Each tribe builds their masterpiece. The bride is the supreme judge — her word is law.
- Totem Balance Challenge — Focus, coordination, and nerves of steel. Last tribe standing wins.
- The Council: Hen Party Trivia — The most feared challenge of the day. A personalised quiz about the bride, prepared in secret with the maid of honour. Wrong answer = beach forfeit. The funniest 20 minutes of the morning.
Finishing with a coronation, a winning tribe trophy, and the group photo that’ll be on everyone’s Instagram for years.

To personalise the Trivia challenge, we’ll need the bride’s name, the maid of honour’s name, and the guest list.
FAQ — Hen Party Algarve
Do we need to be sporty to enjoy this? Not at all. The challenges are fun and accessible — designed for laughs, not fitness. Everyone can take part regardless of ability.
What if it rains? The Algarve has exceptional sunshine, especially April through October. In the rare case of bad weather, we adapt the programme accordingly.
Can we add other activities to the day? Absolutely. We can organise a full hen do programme — boat trips, villa accommodation, sunset dinners, nightlife. Contact us for a bespoke quote.
How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (June–September).
Is this just for large groups? We work with groups of 10 to 20. If your group is smaller or larger, get in touch and we’ll find a solution.
